It looks very clean but i'm sure it isn't new. The only marking I can find is on the wood handle that says Palette Knife 950286 made in italy. It might be from an Italian company called GM, but i'm not sure. I don't know anything about Palette knives but will answer any questions as best can.
Theres the remnant of a sticker on back that was removed, it is 9.5 inches in length . This is Palette Knife made in italy. This came from a bunch of assorted items my mother gave me to sell.
